These terms govern purchases and use of cleandandy.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the subscription policy.

Subscriptions and payment

Clean Dandy boxes renew automatically at the price and interval displayed at checkout until canceled. Stripe processes payments. You authorize the recurring charge shown at checkout. Taxes and any clearly disclosed delivery charges may apply.

Products and substitutions

Product size, packaging, scent, and availability may change. We will not intentionally substitute an unavailable product with a different product without contacting you for approval. If approval cannot be obtained before fulfillment, we may delay the box, omit and credit the unavailable item where practical, or offer another reasonable resolution.

Independent reseller

Clean Dandy is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Dollar Tree or any manufacturer shown on this site. Brand names and product images identify the genuine products offered; packaging may vary.

Product use and safety

Follow every manufacturer label, warning, storage direction, and use instruction. Never mix cleaning chemicals unless the manufacturer expressly instructs you to do so. Keep products away from children and pets. Stop use and contact the manufacturer or an appropriate professional if a product causes a reaction or appears damaged.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

The Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these terms. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, and carrier delays may occur.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders, or use the service in violation of law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Clean Dandy is not responsible for misuse of products, manufacturer defects outside its control, or indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
