This policy explains how Clean Dandy collects and uses information when you visit cleandandy.com, build a box, or purchase a subscription.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, subscription tier, delivery frequency, product selections, communications, and order history. Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe; Clean Dandy does not receive your full card number.

How we use information

• Process payments, subscriptions, deliveries, refunds, and customer support.
• Communicate about orders, billing, product availability, substitutions, and account changes.
• Prevent fraud, protect the service, and comply with legal obligations.
• Improve products, fulfillment, and the website.

Browser storage

The box builder uses local browser storage to remember your selected plan and products. This information remains on your device until checkout, removal, or browser-data deletion.

Service providers

We share only the information reasonably necessary with providers that help operate the business, including Stripe for payments and billing and shipping carriers for delivery. Their processing is governed by their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information for money.

Retention and choices

We retain information as needed to provide subscriptions, keep business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing hello@cleandandy.com. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.

Children

Clean Dandy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date here.
