Subscription policy

Effective September 21, 2026

Automatic renewal

Your selected box renews every four or eight weeks, as shown at checkout. The payment method provided at checkout is charged the displayed recurring box price until you cancel. Applicable taxes or clearly disclosed delivery charges may also apply.

Billing notices

Use an email address you monitor at checkout. Stripe uses it for payment confirmations and billing-related communications. You are responsible for keeping your email and payment information current.

Canceling

You may cancel through the secure customer portal or by contacting hello@cleandandy.com. Unless required otherwise by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Cancel before the next renewal date shown in your portal to avoid the next charge.

Changes and product requests

To request a different product mix, delivery interval, scent preference, or bleach-free option, contact us before the next renewal date shown in your portal. Requests are not effective until confirmed by Clean Dandy.

Failed payments

Stripe may retry a failed recurring payment and may ask you to update your payment method. We may pause or cancel fulfillment while an invoice remains unpaid.

Refunds

Recurring charges already processed are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or when Clean Dandy approves a refund for a damaged, incorrect, or unfulfilled order. Contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

Price changes

If a recurring price changes, we will provide notice before the new price is charged and will follow applicable law.
